beehiiv Ad Network
A marketplace placing sponsor slots inside newsletters published on beehiiv. Advertisers browse publications by niche, subscriber count and engagement, and buy placement across many of them at once; beehiiv sets the rates on both sides and matches the campaign to publications rather than having the two parties negotiate.

Unstated
No published advertiser policy addresses affiliate destinations, and the practical gate is not a policy at all — it is a $15,000 campaign minimum and a strategy call before anything runs. Recorded as unstated rather than permitted: the question has not been put to them.
What the destination has to do
- Creative is fixed when the newsletter is sent. Whatever the reader sees in the email was decided days earlier — the link is the only element that can still make a decision at the moment of the click.
- Apple Mail Privacy Protection pre-fetches images, so the open, and any CPM priced on it, is a degraded signal. A click is the first honest event in this channel.

- Where you can buy
- Wherever the publications reach; bought centrally.
- CPM — Billed on unique opens. Newsletter CPMs across the wider market run roughly $10–$75, with specialised B2B well above that and broad consumer below — but on this network the rate is set by beehiiv, not quoted publicly per publication.
- CPC — Billed on verified unique clicks, which is the more honest of the two units in a channel where open measurement is broken.
What you can aim at

What comes back
Click parameter none · pixel no · server-side no
Reporting is the network's own, on impressions and verified unique clicks. Nothing is handed to the advertiser to join to a conversion, so attribution past the click is ours to construct.
Good for
Borrowed trust. A recommendation inside a newsletter someone already chose to receive is the closest paid analogue to the creator endorsement the storefront is designed to follow — the same shape of attention, bought rather than earned.
Not for
Testing anything cheaply, or controlling where the ad lands. The floor is $15,000 and beehiiv places the campaign.
The honest part
Two things make this the least usable source on the list today and the most interesting one to study. The $15,000 minimum puts it out of reach of a v0 experiment entirely. And the platform sets the rates on both sides — publishers do not price their own inventory, which is the exact inversion of the BuySellAds-style, publisher-set model this product is aiming at. The structural observation is worth more than the media buy: because email creative is frozen at send and Apple's Mail Privacy Protection has already broken the open, the redirect at click is the only surface in the whole channel that can still decide anything. That is the same hop the storefront occupies.
