Kajabi restructured its affiliate program in late 2025: new partners no longer get the widely-advertised 30% lifetime recurring rate. Instead they get a 100% one-time bounty on their first four referrals' first month, then 10-20% recurring after that. Only partners who joined before the change are grandfathered at 30%. The program is run directly by Kajabi (not through PartnerStack as previously listed here), application is limited to existing Kajabi customers, and Kajabi has not published a cookie/attribution window or minimum payout threshold.

September 27, 2026: Confirmed via Kajabi's own Partner Program FAQ and partner homepage that the affiliate program was restructured in late 2025. It moved from a flat 30% lifetime recurring commission run through PartnerStack to a direct (no-network) tiered program: 100% of the first month's payment as a one-time bounty for each of the first 4 active referrals, then 10-20% recurring from the 5th referral onward. Pre-2025 partners are grandfathered at 30% lifetime unless they switch programs. Payout is via PayPal only, with a ~60-day hold and monthly payouts issued by the 25th (annual payout for annual-plan referrals). Cookie/attribution window, minimum payout threshold, self-referral policy, exact tier thresholds, and formal approval turnaround remain unpublished by Kajabi as of this date; third-party blogs claim a 30-day cookie and $100 minimum but these are unverified against an official Kajabi source and were not used to fill the schema. Corrected top-level rate, enroll, network, payout, and the payout description fields accordingly; the previous PartnerStack/30% values in this file were stale.
September 27, 2026: Read Kajabi's own Partner Program Agreement in full (kajabi.com/policies/partner-program-terms) to close remaining gaps. It answers two questions this record had left open: self-referral is excluded (no fees on a referred customer owned in whole or in part by the partner or the partner's employer), and approval is not automatic (Kajabi may reject an application for any reason, in its sole discretion, with no published turnaround). Both rows were filled from that document.
September 27, 2026: The Clawback row previously stated that no refund-clawback terms were published, which was wrong - the same agreement gives Kajabi the right to reclaim or offset fees it later finds were paid in error or fall outside the definition of Subscription Revenue, plus a repayment deadline on termination. The row was rewritten to state that clause instead of its opposite.
September 27, 2026: The 'Where it pays' row had been filled with the payout method (PayPal), duplicating the Payout form row instead of answering geography. Corrected using the agreement's own eligibility bar on Sanctioned Persons and residents of an Unsupported Region, while noting that the actual excluded-country list sits in a separate Platform Terms of Service document this record did not open.
September 27, 2026: Checked the FAQ, the partner homepage and the Partner Program Agreement for what a referred customer receives for signing up through a partner link. None of the three mentions a discount, credit, bonus or extended trial on the customer's side, so the customer-incentive field is recorded as unpublished with that check logged, rather than left blank with no record of anyone having looked.
