Neon's own 2026-06-19 changelog describes an early-pilot customer referral scheme: share your referral link, both you and your friend get $5 in credits once they spend $5; terms are explicitly still being shaped (feedback solicited via Discord). Separately, neon.com/programs/open-source offers eligible Postgres-based OSS projects up to $5,000/yr in platform credits, applied for via a contact form, 1-3 business day response.
